Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Redy. online store and the purchase of products through it.

The store is operated by:

Throughout these Terms, “Redy.”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Argyris Athanasiadis trading as Redy.

The online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.

By accessing the store, creating a customer account, placing an order or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any policies referred to in them, including our Privacy Policy and Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the store or place an order.

Any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a binding contract.

The store is not restricted exclusively to customers aged 18 or over. However, if you are under the age required to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence, you may use the store and place an order only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the use of the store and, where permitted by law, for the order placed by the minor.

Redy. offers products including art prints, books, accessories, electronic gift cards and other related items.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, prices and availability information are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on the screen, device, lighting conditions and production process.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the agreed characteristics of a product are not considered defects, subject always to your mandatory statutory rights.

All products are subject to availability. Displaying a product in the store does not guarantee that it will remain available.

Prices displayed in the store include VAT where VAT is legally applicable.

Any delivery charges, customs duties, import taxes or other charges that are not included in the displayed product price will be shown or explained before the order is submitted, where reasonably possible.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local charges imposed by the destination country where these charges are not collected by us at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If a product is displayed with an obvious pricing or technical error, we may contact you before accepting the order. You may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

After submitting the order, you will normally receive an electronic acknowledgment. This acknowledgment confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A purchase contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted, dispatch the products or notify you that an order is ready for collection, whichever occurs first.

Please review all order information before submitting the order. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact, billing, delivery and payment information.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before it is accepted or fulfilled where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• product unavailability;
• unsuccessful or unauthorised payment;
• suspected fraud or unlawful activity;
• an obvious price, description or technical error;
• delivery restrictions; or
• legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may limit or refuse orders that reasonably appear to be placed for unauthorised resale, distribution or other commercial activity inconsistent with the intended sale.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Payment may be processed by Shopify or another third-party payment provider. The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy policy.

An order may be suspended or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised or completed.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed during checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific binding delivery date. We will inform you of any significant delay where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to you where permitted by law.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery.

Where store pickup is offered during checkout, you may collect the order from the location and during the hours stated in the pickup instructions.

You must wait until you receive confirmation that the order is ready before travelling to collect it.

We may request the order confirmation and reasonable proof of identity before releasing the order. If another person collects the order on your behalf, we may request evidence that they have been authorised by you.

Choosing store pickup does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to an online purchase.

You may be able to place an order or manage requests through a customer account.

You are responsible for keeping your account and access credentials secure and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date. We may suspend or restrict an account where necessary to protect the store, our customers or third parties from fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase of eligible physical products within 14 calendar days, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

The procedure for cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds is described in our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For purchases made for business or professional purposes, statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply. However, Redy. may accept returns from business customers under the commercial terms stated in the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights relating to defective products, lack of conformity or statutory guarantees.

Electronic gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided with the order.

You are responsible for keeping the gift card code secure. Redy. is not responsible for use of a gift card by a person who has obtained the code through the customer’s acts or omissions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund requests relating to gift cards are governed by our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.

When the purchase of a gift card is refunded, the gift card may be deactivated. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

Products must conform to the contract and meet the requirements imposed by applicable law.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the agreed characteristics, you may have statutory rights including repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund.

These rights apply independently of any commercial return or exchange option offered by Redy. and cannot be excluded by these Terms.

The store and its content—including text, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, product presentations, videos, software and other material—are owned by or licensed to Redy., the relevant artists, authors, publishers, designers or other rights holders.

You may access and use the store for personal and lawful purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from store content without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork, design, text or content embodied in that product. This does not restrict the lawful resale of a legitimately purchased physical product.

If the store allows you to submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• you have the right to submit it;
• it is accurate and relates to your genuine experience where applicable;
• it does not infringe the rights of another person; and
• it is not unlawful, misleading, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise abusive.

You grant Redy. a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use submitted content in connection with the operation and promotion of the store, subject to applicable data protection and consumer law.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but we are not obliged to publish every submission.

You must not use the store:

• for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes;
• to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• to transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the store;
• to collect information about other users without lawful authority;
• to impersonate another person;
• to submit false order or payment information;
• to conduct automated scraping, data extraction or excessive automated requests without permission; or
• in any manner that could damage Redy., Shopify, another customer or a third party.

The store may use or link to services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, analytics services and social media platforms.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Redy. is not responsible for the content or independent operation of third-party websites or services, except to the extent that responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

A link to a third-party website does not necessarily imply endorsement.

We aim to keep the store available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict the store for maintenance, security, technical, operational or legal reasons.

We will not be responsible for temporary unavailability caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Product information and store content are provided with reasonable care. However, the store and its non-contractual informational content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:

• mandatory consumer rights;
• statutory guarantees;
• liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
• liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence; or
• any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

For consumers, Redy. is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Redy. is not responsible for business losses suffered by a consumer, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption, where the purchase was made primarily for personal purposes.

For business customers, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Redy.’s total liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, war, civil disturbance, strikes, transport disruption, governmental measures, telecommunications failures or widespread technical outages.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effects of such an event and will comply with any mandatory rights relating to delay, non-delivery or cancellation.

Personal information is collected, used and disclosed as described in our Privacy Policy.

The use of cookies and similar technologies is described through our cookie banner and applicable privacy settings.

By using the store, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders and provide customer support, as further explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the store or a customer account where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, security risks or misuse of the services.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, accepted orders and mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, our practices, applicable law or regulatory requirements.

The updated version will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the terms governing an order that was already accepted, unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A failure or delay by Redy. in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms and any contract formed through the store are governed by Greek law.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. You may bring proceedings before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer and private international law.

For contracts entered into exclusively for business or professional purposes, the courts of Athens, Greece will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
