Order Processing

We are located in and also ship from Athens, Greece.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Backorders are processed within 5-10 business days.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at shop@redy.studio. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Store location: 117, Zoodochou Pigis Str., Exarchia – Athens GR
Orders can be picked up: Monday – Friday 12:00 – 21:00 and Saturday 12:00 – 16:00.

Shipping to Greece

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using ACS Courier. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds are not given, but you can exchange the product you purchased for another one, minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@redy.studio with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
