✱ ACAB Collection
Cats have a very special way of turning everyday life into theatre. They interrupt work, demand attention, claim furniture, knock things over, sleep like royalty, ask for love, reject love, return five seconds later, and somehow remain completely innocent. Redy.’s ACAB Collection, short for All Cats Are Beautiful, was created as a tribute to that strange, funny and deeply affectionate world of living with cats.

The collection includes seven artworks: Always By Your Side, Proud Owner, Massage, Comfortable, Vomit, French Girl and Relaxing Is Over. Available as posters, cards and notebooks, ACAB has become one of Redy.’s most loved and best-selling series. Its success comes from something very simple: cat people recognize themselves in it immediately. These are not idealized illustrations of cats as elegant decorative animals. They are cats as they really are at home: dramatic, clingy, disruptive, shameless, hilarious and absolutely in charge.
These are cats as they really are at home: dramatic, clingy, disruptive, shameless, hilarious and absolutely in charge.
The creative concept behind the series begins with observation. Every artwork captures a small, familiar moment from life with cats and turns it into a bold visual statement. The humour comes from accuracy. A cat sitting exactly where you were trying to work. A cat deciding that your attempt to relax is officially over. A cat proudly owning every object in the house without paying rent. A cat apologizing for chaos in a way that still feels suspiciously proud. These scenes are funny because they are true, and because anyone who has lived with a cat knows that love and inconvenience often arrive together.

Designed by Danaillama, our long-term collaborator, the collection carries her signature mix of bold composition, pop colour and emotional absurdity. The illustrations are direct, graphic and expressive, with cats placed at the centre as protagonists of their own tiny domestic dramas. They are not background characters. They are the bosses of the scene. Through exaggerated poses, playful text and strong colour, each artwork turns a private joke between cat and human into something public, collectible and easy to love.
They feel like inside jokes made visible, the kind of objects that make someone point and say, “This is exactly my cat.”
Each design explores a different side of feline personality. Always By Your Side celebrates the cat who believes personal space is a myth, always close, always involved, always emotionally present. Proud Owner is about feline authority: the cat who owns the sofa, the chair, the book, the coffee and possibly your entire personality. Massage turns kneading into a professional service, honouring those tiny paws that appear the moment you lie down. Comfortable captures the everyday struggle of working, reading or simply existing while a cat chooses the most inconvenient place to settle.

The more chaotic side of cat life appears in Vomit and Relaxing Is Over. One turns an unpleasant surprise into a comic confession, while the other stages the moment when calm ends and feline mischief begins. French Girl brings in the theatrical side of cats: the lounging, the confidence, the feeling that every cat secretly believes it deserves to be drawn, admired and adored. Together, the seven artworks build a portrait of cat life that is affectionate without being sentimental.
The series loves cats exactly because of their chaos, not despite it.
The design approach is built around immediacy. ACAB works because each artwork communicates fast: one image, one sentence, one situation, one very recognizable personality type. The visuals are bold enough to stand as wall art, but the humour gives them a daily-life warmth. They are not distant or overly polished. They feel like inside jokes made visible, the kind of objects that make someone point and say, “This is exactly my cat.”

This is also why the collection works across different formats. As posters, the artworks become colourful statements for living rooms, studios, kitchens, bedrooms or any space currently ruled by a cat. As cards, they become small humorous messages for fellow cat people. As notebooks, they turn everyday writing, planning and sketching into something watched over by a feline personality. The series moves easily between gift, collectible object and personal accessory, making it one of the most flexible collections in the Redy. universe.
The paper formats run from 13 × 18 cm cards to 30 × 40 cm and 50 × 70 cm posters, printed with DP HP Indigo Press on Old Mill Bianco natural paper. The 13 × 18 cm format is printed on 300 gsm paper, the 30 × 40 cm poster on 250 gsm, and the 50 × 70 cm poster on 130 gsm. The notebooks measure 16 × 21.5 cm and include 128 plain pages on Arena Rough Natural 120 gsm paper, with covers printed in Offset CMYK. The collection is designed and produced in Greece, continuing Redy.’s focus on local creative production.
All Cats Are Beautiful, not because they behave perfectly, but because they don’t.
ACAB keeps growing, with new artworks added season after season. This ongoing structure gives the collection the feeling of a living series rather than a closed project. Just like cats themselves, there is always another behaviour to observe, another strange habit to illustrate, another moment of chaos to celebrate. The world of cats is endless, and ACAB gives Redy. a playful way to keep returning to it.
At its heart, the ACAB Collection is about affection through humour. It is for people who know that cats can be annoying, needy, destructive and dramatic, but also completely irresistible. It celebrates the small absurdities of sharing a home with an animal that somehow becomes the centre of everything. All Cats Are Beautiful, not because they behave perfectly, but because they don’t.
